Refund & Returns Policy

At The Emblem Co, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or 14 days for an exchange. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Earrings

- Custom or personalised jewellery

- Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us via Instagram @theemblemco within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us on Instagram @theemblemco within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
